The Central Okanagan Climbing Association (COCA) is a registered not-for-profit society to promote the sustainability, safety, and inclusivity for the sport of rock climbing. We were founded in 2016 to support the fast growing sport of climbing in the Okanagan valley. We advocate for sustainable and ethical development, maintenance, and use of our precious climbing areas. We are a volunteer run organization of passionate rock climbers, doing what we can so future generations can continue to enjoy our beautiful landscape and crags.

We find more individuals on the streets are struggling with mental health or other medical issues. For those who have been incarcerated, they can fluctuate between recidivism and homelessness if they don’t have any options once they are released.
