At 4Planet, we are committed to transparency in every interaction — including how we handle refunds. This policy explains what to expect for subscription fees and conservation donations made through our platform.
1. Subscription Refunds
Partner subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We may, at our discretion, offer prorated refunds in exceptional circumstances. Contact support for assistance.
2. Donations and Contributions
Donations made through verified product purchases are typically non-refundable once the transaction has been completed and allocated to a charity. If you believe an error occurred, please contact us within 30 days with your transaction details.
3. Tax Receipts
Once a tax receipt has been issued for a donation, we cannot modify or revoke it. Refunds do not invalidate previously issued receipts; consult your tax advisor if you have questions.
