Brandeis University Mentoring Program

The National Society of Black Women in Medicine (NSBWM) at Brandeis University has been mentoring 21 of our promising young women (grades 7-11) at the Cassange High School. They discuss leadership, identity, personal responsibility, serving, and STEM topics. In a recent session, they were asked "What is something about yourself that you are proud of?" This young woman stood to her feet and began to sing! It was a beautiful moment!
